"Nature is my religion. The earth is my temple."
Antelope Canyon...
These colorful canyons, my favorite of all, are on Navajo land in Arizona, just south of the Utah border. It's a place of serenity where you find yourself talking in hushed whispers as though in a house of worship. Gaze for too long at these natural wonders, and you begin to drift off and forget whether you're looking at a geological phenomenon or a vast, abstract oil painting.
The swirls envelop you in this great natural art gallery's wonderful play of light and patterns. A subtle, sweet, and somewhat melancholy euphoria sweeps over and surrounds you in the quiet solitude of this magical place.
Sedona...
This is a place known for its spiritual enrichment and healing powers, and of course, its Red Rocks. Endless and stimulating, the red-orange color of the rock enhances creative thinking and beckons the camera's lens from every direction. Away from the city and its touristy, bustling streets, you will find the heart of Sedona in the land.
